As a courtesy to our instructors and clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to notify us less than 24 hours before the class will result in the client being charged the full price of the session. If the session is part of a package, it will be deducted from the package.

Yes, we offer a special class designed for people with osteopenia and osteoporosis. This class is a medically endorsed, full-body workout.

Once you book your sessions on our website, you will submit payment directly after. Use our online scheduler to book your sessions and pay with your credit card.

Yes, we offer two online group sessions per week. Online classes will be offered on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm. We will provide a link to our Google Meet page before each online class. Visit our class schedule to register for an online class.
Grippy socks are mandatory. No jewelry is allowed on the machines, no exceptions. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing without buttons, snaps, or zippers.

Yes, we modify movements for people with injuries and limitations. However, we recommend booking a private session before you join a group class.
