Susan Lobo

Susan Lobo
Instructor
Susan was first introduced to Pilates while working at the front desk in a Pilates studio. As she observed how each client improved and gained more balance and control from the Pilates discipline, she decided to study the method on her own and put it into practice. Susan uses the Pilates principles for her breath, technique, and posture during exercise and performing everyday movements. Pilates is a lifestyle for Susan, so she instills her practice into every movement, from lifting weights to carrying groceries and everything in between. Susan completed her certification through the Core Pilates NYC Comprehensive Program, and for several years she has used the method on her clientele at different studios throughout the city.
